2022年10月，李远课题组通过改变底电极的表面形貌（均方根粗糙度从~3 ?增大至~3 nm），将自组装分子膜的塞贝克系数调控了超过5倍，电极越平整，分子排列越好，相应的塞贝克系数也更大。
